P. Adam Militello Esq., Partner

P. Adam Militello, Esq., graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where he received the Law Faculty Award for outstanding clinical work. Before entering private practice he began his career with internships at the Empire Justice Center, the Monroe County District Attorney's Office, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.

Mr. Militello previously worked at a litigation-focused law firm, where he represented three companies on the 2009 Fortune top-10 list, a local school district and university, and a large regional bank. As a partner at Michalski Militello, LLP, his practice has focused in three areas: (1) he appears regularly in courts around Monroe, Livingston, and Ontario Counties representing clients charged with DWI and other crimes. (2) He helps men and women in divorce actions. (3) He represents professionals as they face investigations by the New York State Office of the Professions, as well as other branches of Government such as the Department of Health.

Mr. Militello's clients come from all walks of life and include CEO's, doctors, nurses, police officers, fire fighters, engineers, chefs, and numerous other professions.

Mr. Militello is a Special Assistant Conflict Defender for Genesee Valley Legal Aid. He has guest lectured at Nazareth College and taught business law at Finger Lakes Community College.
